4375.200 - Production order cannot be settled
Summary Description
22 production orders cannot be settled during month end process due to error F5522 "Reverse posting key specifications is missing for posting key 91".
This was because when production variances shows different signs in object currency and controlling area currency, debit and credit postings can happen at the same time, therefore posting key 91 (credit) should also be configure to call posting key 81(debit) if there is negative variance.

This was because when production variances shows different signs in object currency and controlling area currency, debit and credit postings can happen at the same time, therefore posting key 91 (credit) should also be configure to call posting key 81(debit) if there is negative variance.
Received a bunch of error messages when running CO88 for the first time on CoCd74.
Analysis and Recommendations
(Include Screen Shots if required)Evaluated this production problem and noticed the following. Since the plant is in different country that have diffrent currency, while doing the settlements the variance value need to be calculated in controlling area currency and object currency that needs the postings key to post the difference, valid posting keys 91 and 81 posting keys required for this transaction needed to be configured. Posting keys are configured and moved to QA and PRD. Now settlements are workign fine.
